The nitrogen centralized gas supply system built by Sciway for the laboratory of Zhejiang Hepu Testing Technology Co., Ltd., where Dr. Jiang, who is currently working with us for the third time, has also been officially put into use. The company is a high-tech enterprise with clinical mass spectrometry as its core, covering the research and testing of third-party medical laboratories, mass spectrometry in vitro diagnostic reagents, and mass spectrometry related medical devices. In Dr. Jiang's laboratory, there are currently 5 mass spectrometry devices, but in the plan, the laboratory is expected to gradually reach 18 mass spectrometry devices operating simultaneously within two to three years. If high-power air compressors are directly equipped according to the ultimate goal in the early stage of construction, customers will not only invest too much in one-time capital, but also waste gas production capacity in the early stage.
Through innovative solution ideas, Sciway provides customers with equipment and solutions that are suitable for the current operational situation. In the future, with the increase of mass spectrometry instruments, we can gradually adjust and add existing equipment without replacement, so that all equipment purchased by customers can be fully utilized without causing any waste. At the same time, this design has a backup function to achieve uninterrupted and smooth operation of the system.
Multi level water removal and droplet detection alarm function to prevent droplets from entering the mass spectrometer and causing damage. Adaptive fan speed control, which can automatically adjust according to system load to ensure optimal efficiency and reduce noise. There is also a heat recovery system: a unique heat recovery system improves nitrogen purity and equipment energy efficiency.
After 18 years of precipitation, Sciway's nitrogen supply series products have entered a mature optimization period, and stable operation has become the most basic feature.
